Bill is the President and CEO of Anderson Engineering, Inc. His responsibilities include conceptual design and planning, coordination of the engineering and survey teams, permitting, quality control and running our two offices.
Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Utah with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer in the States of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming and a Professional Land Surveyor in Montana and Idaho.
Bill has over 20 years of engineering and surveying experience. The knowledge and experience he brings to a project are a invaluable asset.
In his free time Bill enjoys taking his dirt bike into the mountains and skiing as much as he can in the winter.
Marlene has 5 years of engineering, surveying and construction experience. Her civil engineering experience includes wastewater design, water systems design, and construction management. She is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office and HEC-RAS. Mrs. Sadaj has specialized training in wetlands delineation, soils and plant identification, wetlands enhancement, construction management, scheduling, estimating, soil stability design, and traffic flow analysis.
Marlene holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Montana and Idaho.
When Marlene isn’t hard at work she tries to be hard at play. She loves skiing in the winter and mountain biking and hitting the lake in the summer.
Mr. Wilson is our survey crew chief, an engineering technician as well the Dillon office manager. He has over 13 years of surveying experience. He uses a range of survey and other related equipment, including the GPS, total station, robotic total station, automatic level, and EDM. He has also had specialized training in Real Time Kinematics and GPS field procedures and post-processing.
Mr. Wilson has performed the following types of surveys: Mortgage Exemption, Boundary Relocation, Boundary Retracement, Mining Claims, Topographic, Floodplain Surveys and Construction Surveys and Staking.
